This place is awful . I wouldn't recommend it to anyone . I waited 2 months for an appt . with a MD to establish a PCP , they called me 1 day before my first scheduled appt to tell me they made a mistake and I would need to be rescheduled to be seen by a Dr. who could handle what was wrong with me ( Torn rotator cuff issues ) I waited the 2 months and was seen this past Mon. 8/19/2013 , when I got there they had me seen by a P.A . This P.A read over my records infront of me in the office and asked me if I was there for an IME ...of course I was not so I told him that I was there to establish a PCP for my long term pain management per orders of my surgeon . He told me that the other MD @ this facility would have to prescribe me something since he cannot do it being a P.A and that this MD would be doing it for the next 2 months at which point I would start seeing another MD on a reg. basis . He ended the appt by telling me to call back down to the office @ 3pm (my appt was @ 11am) to find out what prescriptions I would be getting ..when I called at 3 like he told me to ..not a single person knew what was going on , this P.A was nowhere to be found and apparently had left to go back to the Greenville office . I went all day Monday with no results , called back the next day Tuesday 3 times throughout the day only to get nowhere again , not a single person in the office could help me . I finally got in touch with a M.A of the MD in Greenville today and she tells me " we do not do primary care providers" ..So I waited 2 months 3 days to NOT be seen by an MD and for them to NOT look my records over at all before hand . The Sangerville office ALSO got my records mixed up with another patients , I had to give them my phone number 6 times in 3 days because they didn't have it each time I called . I am appalled at their "service" and being told " they don't do primary care providers". Do not waste your time with them or let them be in control of your health and well being , as they are just NOT capable or trustworthy to do so . Absolutely horrible place .

The new building addition is very nice. My kids both have gone here and seen a few different doctors. They were all great. Recently my teen had to have bloodwork done so we visited the lab. Not only was it very convenient for us but Kylie was absolutely wonderful. My son gets very stressed about needles and she did an excellent job at not only getting the work done as quickly and painlessly as possible but also keeping him as comfortable as she could. We will all definitely be going there for any future lab work!
